projects

We love working with the community and providing guidance and support to help introduce others to the world of skateboarding. Here are some of the recent projects we’ve worked on. More to come in the near future!

Red Lodge Skatepark FUNDRAISER

The story of the Red Lodge Skatepark starts back when Aaron Kyro was in high school. There weren’t any skateparks in the area, so he found a plot of land, got some money and boom, the skatepark has been there ever since. But, as it’s been almost 20 years, the skatepark needs to be updated to withstand the harsh Montana weather.

Take a look at the full video below on how we raised $200,000 to build a skatepark in Aaron Kyro’s home town.

Thank you to everyone for participating in this project and turning it into a reality!

Boys & Girls Club of America

We partnered with the Boys and Girls Club of America to teach 20 different kids 6 skate lessons for 6 weeks. By the end of it, they got to keep their boards and protective gear. Thank you to the Boys and Girls Club of America and all of you that have donated to the First Try Foundation to help get everyone into skateboarding.

sf skate club & PUNISHER SKATEBOARDS

We partnered with Punisher Skateboards and San Francisco Skate Club to give away 25 complete skateboards and skated with them. Thank you to Punisher Skateboards for donating the skateboards and the SF Skate Club for having us around!
